The church engages in a variety of international, local, and church related mission and service projects.
The Church participates in mission and service activities, such as: Blanket Sunday, Souper Bowl Sunday, One Great Hour of Sharing, Peacemaking Offering, CROP Walk, Operation Christmas Child, Lord’s Table Food Drive, Lockport Cares, Weekly Flower Delivery, Prayer Chain, Birthday Cards to members and friends, Scholarships, Montreat Youth, the Peanut Brittle Ministry, Supporting Missionaries, Visitations and Home Communion to Shut-ins, the Hospitalized and those in Hospice, Thanksgiving baskets to needy families and shut-ins, Giving Tree, and Christmas Food and Easter Baskets.
In addition, the church has organized a weekly Wednesday evening Dollar Dinner Ministry. This ministry is held almost every Wednesday evening in our Arnold Hall and provides a healthy dinner to anyone who wishes for only one dollar.
